Gebeya is an Ethiopian company that creates a new type of market for job seekers, linking highly trained tech professionals with employers who seek their expertise for projects. The company focuses on cultivating the untapped tech potential of the African youth through its training program to prepare them for the demands of the global market. Their aim is to produce African IT talent and provide an online IT services marketplace for the global business market, expanding IT capabilities for their students. It is now operating in Ethiopia and Kenya.
