Two submarine wires to connect Spain and Algeria

Project description

The project Orval - submarine wire Oran-Valence is funded by the Algerian government and aims at deploying a submarine wire between Oran and Valence. This project has been reactivated to face the several power and Internet failures that cripple the country. The objective is to lower Algeria's dependency on the Annaba-Marseille wire, which met with numerous failures these past years.
