Project description
Founded in 2011 under the leadership of the Senegalese private sector (Organization of ICT Professionals), CTIC Dakar is an incubator specializing in information technologies. ICTC Dakar is under the aegis of the Senegal ICT Incubator Foundation (FICTIS). The project has also developed in partnership with the World Bank's InfoDev program.
