Project description
The TICD, the Technological and Innovation Centre for Development, was created in order to support young people of Djibouti in their entrepreneurship projects and train them so that they acquire necessary skills to entrench their initiative. Besides having the ambition to contibute in absorbing youth unemployment, the TICD wished to change the brand image of the Horn of Africa and boost the economic competitivity of the country.
