Project description
e-Transform Ghana aims at allowing the Ghanaian government to become more efficient in managing their public services thanks to ICT. Led by the Global Bank and by the government of Ghana, the project aims at promoting a safe and transparent environment, at fostering the legislative framework and at moving towards dematerialisation of administrative procedures.
