The Foundation Digital Youth is an incubator that trains young Ivorians into creating a business plan, essentials of finance and digital communication. Launched by the Ministry of Digital Economy of Ivory Coast, this Foundation is part of a strategy of development of ICT turned towards creating enterprises and innovating.
