Project description
Created in 2014, Giraffe is an online marketplace that uses mobile technology to connect medium-skilled workers to employers. The Giraffe app is free to jobseekers and enables them to create a résumé and to receive job opportunities on their mobile phone. Employers submit can submit a staff request on Giraffe’s website, and the platform identifies suitable candidates using a proprietary algorithm which considers past experience, job preference, salary band, and location.
