Project description

Launched in 2017 by the South African Department of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs, GovChat allows citizens to give feedback and rate their local public services, ranging from utilities to hospitals – by texting local authorities through the application. The application aims to improve citizens trust in their autorities.
