The Legafrik.com platform provides entrepreneurs with form templates to simplify the legal process they're involved in in the 17 countries of the OHADA zone. The website allows for creating one's own company with a few clicks, by allowing themselves to be guided by a survey and close to 200 contrats templates made available: employment contrat, lease agreement, sevice contrat, finance agreement, etc.. Legafrik also offers to register statutes in West African Greffe, which helps facilitating remote job creation. The platform makes different legal guide available, in open access, for entrepreneurs, and offers to connect users with lawyers to better answer their questions related to their company, at a lowered price.
