Launched in 2016 by 360 Ground Agency, Meda Chat is a multi-purpose messaging, mobile money and gaming application. Through a single chat screen, users can chat with friends, receive & send money, play, or pay for goods and services. Businesses can use programmable chatbots in order to order to use the application as a payment device.
