Project description
mLouma is a Senegalese startup offering helpdesk services to farmers based on new technologies. The structure displays a web platform on which producers can sell products and inquire current prices, as well as mobile applications adapted to any type of phones so that farmers can access the services without necessarily owning smartphones, SMS services for peasants to receive critical information on the price of foodstuff, and a callcenter for those who don't know how to use the foregoing methods to be assisted physically or on the phone. mLouma gained more than four national and International competitions between 2013 and 2018.
