Project description
Launched in 2015, the Ummo application has been designed to give users more control of their time when dealing with regular public and private service providers - without having to wait in line or being potentially turned back because they have not prepared all requirements for the service. Through the Ummo Queuing feature, users can: - View listed service providers, the services they offer and all the relevant details they need to know about those services (what to bring, working hours, and their location.) - Join service queues in real time, and receive updates as the queue progresses. - Give their service provider direct feedback to improve their future experience.
