Project description
Created in 2015, VugaPay is a mobile money platform that allows Africans and its diaspora to send and receive Mobile payment without having to share their financial information. On VugaPay, it is necessary that both the recipient and the issuer of the payment are subscribing to the same mobile money operator - which is one of VugaPay's advantages. This platform operates in Rwanda, Congo, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Malawi, Niger and Zambia. VugaPay also allows its users to pay their bills and perform payments due on e-trade platforms.
