YATTCO is Malian telecommunication company that launched the first ever smartphone market "made in Mali": the Yuv Smart. In 2017, the government of Mali associated with YATTCO to provide packs of digital tablets to students in the universities of the country for the academic year of 2017-2018. The market entrusted to YATTCO Sarl, consists of 13 000 devices, for a total cost of 3 000 835 650 CFA francs.
